Remote Recruiter for US Healthcare Travel Staffing (EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a remote recruiter to support a fast‑growing US‑based travel therapy staffing company. You will source and place licensed clinicians such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists and nurses on 13‑week contracts across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source clinicians through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn and Facebook groups.
• Engage candidates before they apply via outreach, messaging and phone calls to build a personal pipeline.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads, conduct screening calls and assess experience, availability and preferences.
• Prepare and submit accurate candidate profiles for open roles and follow through to placement.

Required profile

• Energetic “hunter” mindset with a passion for talking to people and placing candidates.
• Ability to work EST hours (14:30‑23:30 SA time) Monday‑Friday and rotate weekends as required.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a power‑backup solution for load‑shedding.
• Comfortable using social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.
