Remote Appointment Setter – 9am‑6pm EST

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Remote Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. Working from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, turning inbound inquiries and outbound outreach into qualified discovery calls for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries, qualify prospects and schedule sales calls.
• Execute outbound outreach sequences via phone and email to cold and warm leads.
• Book and confirm discovery‑call appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update prospect records and activity in the Go High Level CRM.
• Persistently follow up with leads throughout the pipeline until a decision is reached.
• Record accurate notes and disposition statuses for every contact.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Report on outreach activity, show‑rates and pipeline movement.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to handle objections and stay composed on cold calls.
• Strong written English communication for email outreach.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Go High Level.
• Self‑directed, organized and able to manage a high volume of daily touchpoints.
• Available to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST.
• Background in digital marketing or agency services is a plus.
