Regional Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Financial Controller to lead finance operations across our South African region. This senior position will report to the finance leadership team and work closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regional financial reporting and ensure robust internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and compliance processes for the region.
• Drive inventory and operational finance management to optimise cost efficiency.
• Lead financial analysis and produce strategic reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to support growth initiatives and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a large, multinational organisation.
• Strong background in inventory and operational finance (advantageous).
