About the role
We are a specialist recruitment business seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support high‑quality assignments within the property and construction sector. You will focus on sourcing, headhunting and engaging candidates while assisting the wider team with short‑listing and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment assignments and deliver candidates that meet defined briefs.
- Sell opportunities to candidates via phone, overcoming objections and ensuring a steady pipeline.
- Produce detailed candidate profiles and convert them into professional CVs/resumes.
- Conduct market research to identify target companies and high‑quality talent.
- Headhunt and engage candidates through calls, LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms.
- Maintain recruitment administration, including CRM updates, interview confirmations and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to meet activity and placement targets.
- Generate referrals and identify potential business leads.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 months experience in recruitment, preferably permanent placement.
- Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with professionals.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to source candidates for hard‑to‑fill vacancies.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Proactive, target‑driven and comfortable in a KPI‑focused environment.
- Team player eager to learn, develop and progress.
