Recruitment Consultant – Remote – R35k‑R40k + Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work from home, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value deals. The role operates on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and requires flexibility to cover partial US hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and research for 5 hours daily to generate qualified leads.
• Spend 3.75 hours per day on phone conversations with candidates and clients.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (approximately 1 hour).
• Manage a pipeline of deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 and achieve placement targets.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within legal or professional services.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial US time zones.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
