About the role

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join Network Recruitment’s fast‑growing team in Pretoria. In this revenue‑generating position you will own a market segment, act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, and build a profitable desk while developing a strong personal brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Drive business development by expanding the client portfolio and generating new opportunities.
• Source, engage and place top‑tier talent across high‑demand sectors.
• Provide strategic hiring insights and market intelligence to clients.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in agency or specialist recruitment.
• Proven business development and client management abilities.
• Strong track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication, resilience and a commercial mindset.
• Relevant qualification is advantageous.
