About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Receptionist/Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our Centurion office. The role combines front‑desk duties with comprehensive administrative support for senior managers in construction and finance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, greet visitors and handle telephone enquiries professionally.
- Provide executive assistance to the Construction Support Manager, Business Relation Manager and Finance Director, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate office operations, prepare credit packs, and administer tender documentation.
- Produce internal communications such as newsletters and maintain confidential financial and administrative records.
Required profile
- Diploma or certificate in Administration, Office Management, Finance or a related field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrator, personal assistant or tender administrator.
- Experience supporting senior management and handling financial or credit administration is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of confidentiality.
