About the role
We are looking for a professional and well‑organised Receptionist who will also provide administrative support to our Insolvency Department. The position is based in Pretoria East and includes full training to ensure you can succeed in both front‑desk and back‑office tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and answer incoming telephone calls.
- Provide general administrative assistance across the office.
- Support the Insolvency Department with day‑to‑day paperwork and filing.
- Handle document management, file organisation, and scheduling.
- Perform routine office administration duties as required.
Required profile
- Matric certificate (or equivalent).
- Previous reception or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a well‑presented appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure, stay organised and prioritize tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
