QA Engineer – Remote (US Business Hours)

About the role

This fully remote QA Engineer position supports U.S.-based clients and works on a suite of web applications for a digital real‑estate platform. The role focuses on manual testing, ensuring high‑quality, reliable software experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing across multiple web products.
• Create, maintain and run test cases, test plans and test suites for comprehensive coverage.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira, validate fixes and perform re‑testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and designers to clarify requirements and report test progress.
• Assist with automation testing by maintaining and executing scripts in Selenium, Playwright or Cypress (no coding required).
• Continuously propose improvements to QA processes and overall product quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience on a QA or software testing team.
• Hands‑on experience testing web applications, including UI/UX validation.
• Proven ability to write and execute test cases, test plans and test scripts.
• Experience with bug‑tracking tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Nice to have: API testing (Postman, Insomnia), version control (Git/GitHub), accessibility testing (WCAG).
