Property Project Manager – Residential Housing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to lead large‑scale residential housing developments from concept through handover. The role requires a hands‑on professional with strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
• Oversee project planning, coordination and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and produce detailed reports and documentation.
• Maintain a strong site presence to guide, support and oversee on‑site delivery.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Architectural Technologist or Principal Agent/Consultant with a strong delivery record.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Solid background in site management and hands‑on leadership.
• Confident communicator who can engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to keep a strategic overview while being proactive and solution‑driven.
