Our client, a digital marketing agency, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple digital projects, coordinate internal teams and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, remote environment and has a strong eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Manage and coordinate the internal team, guaranteeing adherence to processes and instructions.
• Utilise ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL) to streamline workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for project execution.
• Ensure teams follow established SOPs for consistent results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Experience with US‑based clients is required.
