About the role
The Procurement CapEx Coordinator will support the procurement team in managing capital expenditure projects across Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa. This role ensures that all CapEx purchases are sourced efficiently, comply with company policies and are delivered on time to support the company’s growth in Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end procurement process for capital‑expenditure items, from requisition to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of CapEx spend, contracts and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations and engineering to define specifications and budgets.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Monitor project timelines and report status to senior procurement managers.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain functions, preferably with exposure to capital‑expenditure projects.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
