About the role
As a Platform Assistant at Crayon, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of our hiring platform, ensuring that job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication run smoothly. You will work closely with the founder and the wider Crayon network to deliver a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
- Verify that job specifications and screening questions are accurate.
- Monitor live roles and platform activity to minimise delays.
- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, handling confirmations, reminders and reschedules.
- Move candidates through recruitment stages and maintain ATS hygiene.
- Assist with candidate onboarding and profile completion.
- Support Talent Partners with role coordination and communication.
- Provide clear role updates and ensure stakeholders stay informed.
- Follow up on outstanding feedback and maintain operational momentum.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple live roles simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Self‑starter who can take ownership without constant instruction.
- Previous recruitment or HR coordination experience preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
