Outbound Telemarketer – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

The Outbound Telemarketer will support a high‑volume home and auto insurance sales operation by making outbound calls and delivering qualified live transfers to licensed U.S. agents. This fully remote position works on U.S. business hours and follows a structured, script‑driven process.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400–500 outbound calls per day using an auto‑dialer and follow approved scripts to qualify prospects for home and auto insurance.
• Deliver qualified live transfers to licensed U.S. insurance agents.
• Meet or exceed monthly live‑transfer benchmarks while maintaining professionalism and energy.
• Accurately disposition calls and follow standard operating procedures.
• Adhere strictly to scripts, call flows, and training guidelines, and communicate performance issues to trainers and team leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telemarketing or high‑volume call‑center environments.
• Experience with scripted outbound calling; insurance experience is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong comprehension and clear communication.
• Ability to maintain pace and quality during long call blocks.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to pass a technical setup test.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Five9 or Ricochet 360 (preferred).
• Computer (Windows 10/11 or Mac iOS 12+), Google Chrome, headset and webcam.
