About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide virtual support to U.S.-based clients from a remote setting in South Africa. The role involves managing schedules, handling documentation, and coordinating logistics while maintaining high standards of accuracy and communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably with U.S. clients.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑starter capable of working independently under a remote contractor agreement.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Experience with client scheduling, calendar management, and CRM tools.
- Excellent typing speed and documentation accuracy.
- Logistics coordination skills.
