Marketing and Communications Lead

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Lead drives the creative engine of Pele Energy Group, turning the brand into compelling experiences across every channel. This senior position oversees the full lifecycle of campaigns, from concept to delivery, while managing a team of designers, copywriters, and social media specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and execute campaign briefs, ensuring delivery on brand, on time, and within budget.
• Lead end‑to‑end creative production, from concept development to final assets across all formats.
• Direct and quality‑control the in‑house creative team, providing clear guidance and maintaining high standards.
• Commission and manage external suppliers when additional capacity is needed, holding them accountable to brief, budget, and deadlines.
• Maintain a master creative asset library that is organized, up‑to‑date, and accessible.
• Translate activation briefs into marketing deliverables such as event collateral, co‑branded content, social assets, and PR coverage.
• Coordinate the Group’s presence at industry events, handling stand design, collateral production, and on‑site execution.
• Produce post‑activation content packages—including photography, video, and written recaps—to amplify partnership value.
• Develop and manage the content calendar, overseeing social media strategy, website content, and platform‑specific tone.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Strong project‑management skills with a focus on budget and deadline adherence.
• Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and the capacity to ensure consistency across all outputs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external partners for events and campaigns.
