Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create and execute visual content across digital and print platforms. The role will support brand standards, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality design assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise fresh ideas and translate briefs into visual designs that reflect brand positioning.
• Produce designs for stores, e‑commerce, social media and other digital channels while adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Edit artwork, prepare print‑ready files and oversee the production of both print and digital assets.
• Manage projects from initial concept through final delivery, coordinating with brand partners, Totalsports, Sports Division and TFG.
• Maintain quality control of print work and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Support strategic initiatives, build relationships with internal and external partners, and contribute to KPI tracking and brand health metrics.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within apparel or sports‑wear categories.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across print and digital media.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet service‑level agreements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with print production processes.
• Experience designing for digital platforms and social media.
