Junior Copilot & Automation Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Copilot & Automation Assistant to help our client in the real‑estate sector adopt and maintain Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and related business automation. This entry‑level position focuses on improving operational efficiency and reducing manual administrative tasks across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents.
• Assist in building and managing Power Automate workflows for notifications, reminders, and approvals.
• Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations and Copilot.
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of automation solutions.
• Provide first‑line user support and help drive adoption of new tools.
• Ensure compliance with data‑governance policies and POPIA requirements.

Required profile

• Grade 12 Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft 365.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Valid Code B driver’s licence and own transport.
