About the role
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team at Commspace. This hybrid position in Paarl offers a learning environment where you can grow your client‑facing skills while supporting the delivery of our financial advisory web application.
Key responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks related to assigned projects and accounts.
- Collect, process and clean data from multiple sources.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Identify opportunities for product refinements to improve the customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum two years of experience in a client‑facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise between clients and internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
