Inbound Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Inbound Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the Service Centre’s inbound, warehouse, and returns operations. The role ensures efficient receipt, storage, and movement of goods while minimizing damage and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the efficient receipt of merchandise in the Service Centre.
• Oversee storage, movement, and inventory control of stock in the warehouse.
• Handle returns processing and stock damage management.
• Implement and maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Drive inbound performance improvement initiatives and reporting.
• Interact with customers in a customer‑centric manner.
• Lead human resources activities for the warehouse team.

Required profile

• Relevant Warehouse or Logistics certificate.
• 2–3 years of inbound experience or 5 years of broader supply‑chain experience.
• Knowledge of JD Group policies, operating model, and logistics planning.
• Strong business acumen, risk management, and resource management capabilities.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel/Access and warehouse management applications.
