About the role
A Quantity Surveying firm based in Pretoria is looking for an HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. The role also requires supporting the company’s marketing initiatives and handling basic finance administration tasks. This position offers a varied workload that blends people management, promotional activities, and financial support.
Key responsibilities
- Perform full HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record keeping, payroll assistance, and handling employee queries.
- Support marketing activities such as coordinating promotional materials, managing social media content, and assisting with client communications.
- Handle finance administration tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining expense records, and assisting with basic bookkeeping.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Relevant degree (field not specified).
- 2‑3 years of experience covering HR, marketing and finance functions.

What we offer
- Salary range of R25 000 – R40 000 per month, dependent on experience.
