Head of Regions

About the role

The Head of Regions will lead and coordinate the activities of Regional Managers across the portfolio. This senior position is responsible for driving investment performance, ensuring consistent deal origination and structuring, and aligning regional operations with the organisation’s strategic objectives and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated leadership, coordination and technical oversight to Regional Managers.
• Strengthen regional investment performance through monitoring and guidance.
• Improve the quality and consistency of deal origination and structuring across regions.
• Align regional operations with the organisation’s strategic objectives, organisational KPIs and developmental mandate.
• Foster collaboration between regions to support overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading regional teams or similar senior management roles.
• Strong understanding of investment performance metrics and deal structuring processes.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable regional plans.
• Demonstrated capability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
