Graphic Designer – Marketing & Design Team

About the role

The Marketing Department’s Design Team in Cape Town is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to turn marketing concepts into compelling visual assets. You will support brand consistency across advertising, web, print and social media while helping to drive consumer engagement for WSB.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day design tasks and produce graphics for advertisements, branding, web and print.
• Collaborate with the content team on social‑media visuals and website promotions.
• Provide emergency design support on weekends for the operations team.
• Support the Group Head of Design and Marketing Operations Manager on large‑scale projects such as billboards, branded collateral and website layouts.
• Ensure all output follows the company brand guide and corporate identity standards.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) required; a formal qualification in Graphic Design is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably within a betting or gaming environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Ability to interpret briefs and develop creative artwork independently.
