Full Stack Microsoft Developer Engineer

About the role

The Full Stack Microsoft Developer Engineer will design, develop and maintain high‑performance web and mobile applications for insurance and financial clients across Africa. You will work within an agile team to deliver scalable, user‑focused solutions that reduce technology costs for businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, secure, and maintainable C# code using the full Microsoft stack.
• Develop modern web applications with ASP.NET Core, HTML5 and front‑end frameworks.
• Create intuitive user interfaces using DevExpress components.
• Build and expose secure web services and APIs.
• Design, implement and optimise relational databases on Microsoft SQL Server.
• Deploy cloud‑ready solutions on Microsoft Azure or SaaS platforms.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, and perform rigorous testing.

Required profile

• University degree or National Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field (preferred).
• At least five years of professional experience building full‑stack Microsoft web applications.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, MCSD) are a strong plus.
• Membership in professional bodies such as IITPSA is welcomed.
