Freelance Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Jus Agency is seeking a Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to join its remote, high‑energy team. You will work closely with the Fractional CMO to shape and execute marketing strategies that drive growth for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from setup to execution.
• Collaborate with the Fractional CMO to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Update website content and optimize pages for performance.
• Improve lead capture methods and forms to maximize acquisition and conversion.
• Develop and manage partnership outreach initiatives.
• Create engaging promotional materials, case studies, and brochures.
• Conduct regular reporting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Manage leads and client interactions using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Provide ad‑hoc marketing support within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency (preferred).
• At least five years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong project‑management abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, remote startup environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and a passion for achieving measurable results.
