F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Mount Nelson will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the hospitality venue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and supervising the F&B team.
• Maintain the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
• Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, seating management and coordination with kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
• Support the management of other F&B departments as needed.
• Implement systems and procedures that improve cost efficiency and enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced Food & Beverage environments delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products.
• Friendly, attentive demeanor with the ability to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
