Experienced Recruiter – Financial Services Talent Acquisition

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume adviser and sales positions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Partner with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Screen, interview, assess candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Handle recruitment administration, compliance, reporting and drive fast turnaround times.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within the financial services industry.
• Strong background in bulk/high‑volume recruitment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business or related field (advantageous).
• Recruitment or talent acquisition certifications (advantageous).
