Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

This position supports a globally recognized author, executive coach, and keynote speaker. It blends executive assistance with strategic social‑media and content creation, working remotely on a flexible schedule aligned with EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social‑media posts.
• Edit videos, add captions, and optimise assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Maintain content trackers, publishing calendars, and basic slide decks.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas, and apply SEO, hashtags and algorithm knowledge to boost reach.
• Propose process improvements and new engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker, able to communicate exclusively in English during the shift.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently without constant direction.
• Strong marketing mindset with the ability to think strategically.

Required skills

• Video editing and captioning.
• Social‑media management on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and hashtag strategy.
• PowerPoint or similar slide‑deck creation.
