Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time position supports a globally recognized author, executive coach, and keynote speaker. The role blends executive assistance with strategic social‑media and content work, helping to grow the client’s digital presence while handling light administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social‑media posts.
• Edit videos, add captions, and optimize assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Upload and schedule content, maintain content trackers and publishing calendars.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas, and apply knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, SEO, and geo‑targeting to boost reach.
• Create and edit basic slide decks and presentations.

Required profile

• Fluent English with professional spoken and written communication.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently.
• Strong marketing mindset and ability to think strategically.
• Comfortable with flexible EST business‑hour schedule.

Required skills

• Video editing and captioning.
• Social‑media management on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• SEO and hashtag research.
• Presentation creation (e.g., PowerPoint).
