About the role
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the C‑suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO). This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations of the executives' offices, handling confidential information and acting as the primary gatekeeper.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, conferences and appointments, and handle diary changes.
- Coordinate national and international travel, including itineraries, bookings and expense processing.
- Process payment requests, administer company credit cards, and manage expense claims.
- Screen calls and emails, prioritize correspondence, and prepare documents for executive review.
- Prepare monthly reports, presentations, corporate submissions and other correspondence.
- Organise EXCO meetings, draft minutes, track actions and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Maintain partner personnel files and coordinate partner appointments.
- Provide ad‑hoc support such as drafting memoranda, collating reports and creating presentations.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
- Detail‑oriented approach to scheduling, travel coordination and expense management.
