Driver – Mobile Shred Vehicle (Secure Collections)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a professional Driver to operate a specialized Mobile Shred Vehicle (MSV). You will be the public face of the company, delivering secure collection and on‑site destruction of sensitive client materials while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the MSV to client locations, collect, transport, and shred sensitive documents using wireless scanning technology.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, manage refueling, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Ensure compliance with transportation legislation and Iron Mountain’s Driver Code of Conduct.
• Interact directly with customers to address day‑to‑day requirements and resolve service issues.
• Support warehouse operations such as retrievals, destructions, and inventory moves when needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of secure chain‑of‑custody procedures.
• Ability to meet high physical demands, including manual lifting of large amounts of data.
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to safe, fuel‑efficient driving practices.
