About the role
We are looking for a creative and proficient Cook to take full responsibility for food preparation and kitchen operations at Feedem. In this role you will lead the kitchen team, ensure high‑quality meals and continuously develop menus that meet our standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and direct all food preparation activities.
- Oversee kitchen staff and maintain complete control of daily operations.
- Develop, modify and create menus that align with quality and nutritional standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee ingredient availability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in catering or contract food services.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
