Content Writer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Content Writer to bring the RSPCA Insurance voice to life. You will create clear, compliant, and engaging content for a pet‑insurance brand that operates under strict Australian financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and write SEO‑optimised blog articles to grow organic traffic and support visibility for large language models.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and brand alignment.
• Optimise existing and new content for search engines and AI models such as ChatGPT.
• Monitor analytics and keyword trends to continuously refine the content strategy.
• Write and maintain compliant policy wordings, PDS documents, brochures, and customer communications, translating complex insurance information into plain English.
• Support the creative team on campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, and social media while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in content creation, preferably within regulated industries.
• Ability to balance technical accuracy, SEO requirements, and a warm, pet‑focused brand voice.
• Comfort working remotely within South Africa and aligning work hours with the Australian time zone.
