About the role

The Branch Commercial Manager safeguards the financial health and contractual integrity of construction projects. This position focuses on maximising profit margins, controlling commercial risk, and ensuring precise administration of contracts, primarily under FIDIC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain zero‑defect reporting and ensure 100% contractual compliance to avoid claim delays.
• Capture every variation, certify payments, and manage sub‑contractor invoices with strict discipline.
• Monitor and control project cash flow, cost budgets, and profit margins with extreme precision.
• Prepare detailed commercial reports, forecasts, and risk analyses for senior management.
• Act as the commercial shield for the branch, protecting the company from financial exposure.

Required profile

• Strong background in construction contract administration, especially FIDIC contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous, analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to manage project finances and commercial risk.
• Experience in handling variations, certifications, and subcontractor payments.
