Clinical Resource Consultant – Medication Delivery Solutions

About the role

The Clinical Resource Consultant will be responsible for all clinical aspects of the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) portfolio within the assigned geography. Working closely with sales and distributor teams, you will provide pre‑ and post‑sales clinical support, training, and education to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with sales teams to deliver clinical and product training for BD medical products.
• Design and present clinically‑oriented training programs for hospitals and key customers.
• Identify, select, and prioritize target accounts together with sales, marketing, and distributors.
• Communicate market and competitor insights to Medical Management and Marketing.
• Build relationships with hospital accounts, conduct scientific exchange, and develop best‑practice procedures.
• Manage in‑service processes as part of product conversion.
• Represent BD professionally at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with regional medical teams (African, EMA, European & USA) to convey new product technical and scientific data.
• Deliver formal technical and medical presentations at workshops, seminars, and informal meetings.
• Engage key clinicians and opinion leaders to stay informed on best practices, trends, and procedures.
• Support product trials, clinical audits, and related activities.

Required profile

• Strong clinical expertise in medication delivery solutions.
• Ability to act as an expert advisor and troubleshooter for customers.
• Experience collaborating with sales, distributors, and medical teams.
• Proven ability to advocate best clinical practices and develop training programs.
