Candidate Architect – Architectural Design

About the role

Coform Architecture and Design seeks a motivated Candidate Architect to join its studio. The role focuses on developing thoughtful, socially‑conscious architectural solutions and supporting the design team on various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Produce presentation boards and visualisations to communicate ideas.
• Create technical drawings and documentation using industry‑standard tools.
• Collaborate with senior architects and multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Creative and detail‑oriented designer with a passion for socially responsible architecture.
• Holds an MArch (Prof) qualification or equivalent and is eligible for SACAP registration as a Candidate Architect.
• 1–2 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Eager to learn, grow and take initiative in a collaborative studio environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
