Business Development Representative – EMEA (South Africa)

About the role

As a Business Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective hotel and tourism clients across the EMEA region. Based in South Africa, you will work closely with Asksuite’s Business Development Managers to generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations of our AI‑driven chatbot platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect new accounts and engage prospects via phone, email and social media.
  • Meet or exceed daily call and outreach quotas.
  • Identify, qualify and document inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
  • Create interest in Asksuite’s solution and book demo appointments for the BDM team.
  • Track personal performance metrics and continuously improve KPIs.

Required profile

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in outbound prospecting.
  • Native‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Available to work full‑time (40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday).
