Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Johannesburg market, generating new business through targeted prospecting, cold calling, networking and partner engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from identifying and qualifying opportunities, delivering presentations, preparing proposals to closing deals.
• Strengthen existing client relationships, identify upselling opportunities and maintain an accurate, active sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; NQF Level 5 or higher is advantageous.
• 2–10 years of business development or account management experience, preferably within a distribution or partner‑channel environment.
• Exposure to data storage, cloud, connectivity or backup technologies.
• Proven new‑business sales record with achievement of targets.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport and stable home internet.
