About the role
A well-established national legal practice with a strong property and conveyancing function is looking for an experienced Bond Cancellation Secretary to join its Pretoria-based team. You will manage bond cancellation matters from instruction through to registration, working across the major banks and making sure all documentation, follow-ups and Deeds Office requirements are handled accurately.
Required profile
- Matric
- 2-3 years' experience specifically in bond cancellations
- Experience handling cancellations for major banks, including ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank
- Good knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and conveyancing processes
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
