About the role

At Atain, an international leader in BPM, technology and digital services, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive revenue and performance within our contact‑center sales teams. The role focuses on travel and hospitality campaigns, balancing people leadership, client engagement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Set, monitor and exceed sales targets (revenue, conversion rates, AOV, upsell/cross‑sell).
  • Analyse real‑time and historical performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and Sales Advisors, conducting regular performance reviews and calibration sessions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales staff.
  • Act as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and client counterparts, presenting performance insights and action plans.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, attendance and productivity, in partnership with WFM, QA and Training teams.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance and customer experience.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and use data‑driven insights to boost conversion rates.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BPO/contact‑center sales environment, preferably travel or hospitality.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
