About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrator to support our daily office operations in Henley on Klip. The successful candidate will handle routine administrative tasks, ensure smooth internal and external communication, and provide general office assistance to keep the workplace efficient and professional.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office operations and daily administration, including filing, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Answer phone calls promptly and respond to email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with financial reconciliations, prepare basic reports, and capture data accurately for record‑keeping.
- Provide general office support to staff and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and well‑organized environment.
Required profile
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities to interact effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
