About the role
Pragma is seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to support the Country Manager and Business Area Manager. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and personal assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to project initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules, meetings and appointments.
- Prepare, proofread and format documents, reports and presentations.
- Manage email and telephone communications with stakeholders.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide personal assistance for events, conferences and internal meetings.
- Support the Business Area Manager with project concept development, proposal drafting and progress tracking.
- Assist with operational reporting, data consolidation and deadline monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Required profile
- Matric qualification (minimum).
- Tertiary qualification advantageous.
- 0‑2 years of administration experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and self‑reliance.
