Account Manager – Digital Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as the trusted partner for our digital marketing clients. You will guide clients through their online growth journey, translating technical updates into clear, client‑friendly language while ensuring project success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, status updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and team capacity, preventing overload.
• Maintain project timelines and transparency using ClickUp.
• Track campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience working in digital marketing agencies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
• Experience using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel.
• Solid understanding of web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
