Video Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Video Content Manager to drive audience growth and engagement for high‑growth digital media brands. Working fully remotely, you will combine creative editing with operational excellence to produce viral short‑form video content across multiple platforms and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, adapt, and repurpose video assets into short‑form formats optimized for platform performance.
• Localize and dub content for specific geographic and language audiences while maintaining quality.
• Manage multiple social‑media accounts, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and operational standards.
• Upload, organize, and schedule content on platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and X.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and identify trends for optimization.
• Support account setup, maintenance, security procedures, and workflow organization across brands.
• Improve content retention and audience growth through data‑driven adjustments and creative experimentation.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools for content localization, translation, and workflow automation.
• Assist with day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks related to social‑media management.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form video using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of viral content strategies and audience engagement techniques.
• Experience managing multiple social‑media accounts and balancing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and X.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured workflows and content calendars.
• Effective communication and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort using AI tools to support content production, translation, and operational tasks.
• High level of consistency, accountability, and attention to detail.
