Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

MOO is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the administrative and operational side of hiring across its global teams. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience while keeping recruiting processes on track for the UK, US and South Africa locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage recruiting calendars and logistics for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate data in talent acquisition systems such as Lever and Spoke.
• Prepare offer letters and handle related administrative tasks.
• Support onboarding and pre‑employment processes as needed.
• Troubleshoot scheduling or system issues and flag process gaps.
• Assist with updates to job postings, careers page content, and employer branding materials.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruiting coordination and candidate communications.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to keep processes on track.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to a positive candidate experience.
• Calm under pressure, able to troubleshoot conflicts and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Lever recruiting platform.
• Experience with Spoke or similar recruiting tools.
