Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to lead delivery of multiple eCommerce engagements for premium online brands. This remote freelance position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage end‑to‑end Shopify projects while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee up to 7 concurrent Shopify, CRO, SEO, and support projects, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage Asana boards, risk logs, change requests, and coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, design, SEO, email).
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates via Loom, email, and meetings, and lead review calls and roadmap discussions.
• Identify upsell and retainer opportunities, support quoting and proposal preparation.
• Facilitate weekly delivery meetings, allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews, and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to SOP improvement, workflow optimization, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations within Shopify or eCommerce environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
