Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager – Remote (CET)

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead Shopify project delivery and manage client relationships for a fast‑growing eCommerce agency. The role is fully remote, operating within Central European Time hours, and involves coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee up to seven concurrent Shopify, CRO, SEO and support projects, maintaining timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage Asana boards, risk logs and change requests while coordinating designers, developers, SEO and email specialists.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive updates via Loom, email and meetings.
• Lead regular review calls, roadmap discussions and identify upsell or retainer opportunities.
• Facilitate weekly delivery meetings, allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to SOP improvement, workflow optimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project and account management within a digital agency or eCommerce environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a commercial mindset.
