Senior Foreman

About the role

The Senior Foreman will lead on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. This role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic coordination of resources and personnel across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily construction tasks on the site.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Manage equipment, materials and labour resources efficiently.
• Supervise employees, local labour and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication.
• Conduct quality control checks to meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Schedule and coordinate site operatives to achieve timely project completion.
• Maintain daily communication with all stakeholders and resolve on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive supervisory experience in construction environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and relevant scopes of work.
• Proven ability to manage resources, personnel and subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage site time efficiently.
