About the role
The Customer Success team at Camunda ensures long‑term retention and satisfaction for enterprise clients. As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will act as a trusted advisor for French customers, aligning Camunda’s AI‑orchestration platform with their business goals and driving value throughout the relationship.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers in France.
- Develop and execute customer success plans that define KPIs, stakeholder maps, and adoption milestones.
- Drive renewal and expansion opportunities by collaborating closely with Sales, Consulting, Support, and Engineering teams.
- Advocate for customer‑centric practices within Camunda, influencing product roadmap and marketing programs.
- Partner with Product Management to create best‑practice programs and secure customer references.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar enterprise‑software role.
- Demonstrated ability to increase gross and net revenue retention through value‑based engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing buying decisions and account growth.
- Willingness and ability to use Camunda’s platform effectively.
