Security Manager – Southern Cone

About the role

The Security Manager for the Southern Cone will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of security strategies across our logistics operations. This role ensures the safety of employees, customers, shipments and company assets while aligning with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute security strategy in line with corporate guidelines and business needs.
• Develop operational security plans, budgets and projects to protect property, personnel and visitors.
• Design and maintain security frameworks, programs and standards, including physical security and automated systems.
• Conduct investigations, manage access rights, and oversee facility inspections for compliance.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures, training and daily inspections of operational sites.
• Liaise with local law‑enforcement agencies as required.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with internal and external security regulations.
• Share best practices, train staff on safety protocols and conduct audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of relevant security experience.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Physical security systems management.
• Access control and employee credential administration.
• Security investigations and incident response.
• Knowledge of local security legislation and regulatory standards.
